§04 Cleaning Process
01

Loading
Open the door and mount the bearings on hanging type fixtures. Close the door before starting the cleaning cycle.

02

Wash Cycle
High-pressure spray of heated alkaline solution is applied on the rotating fixture for thorough bearing cleaning. Duration: 5–15 minutes.

03

Drain & Filtration
The pump stops and the cleaning solution drains back to the tank through the filtration system.

04

Drip Cycle
The fixture continues rotating to allow excess cleaning solution to drip back into the tank. Duration: 30–60 seconds.

05

Air Blow Drying
Compressed air is blown onto the rotating bearings from multiple directions to remove water and moisture. Duration: 1–3 minutes.

06

Unloading Position
Rotation stops and the fixture moves to the unloading position for convenient bearing removal.

07

End of Cycle
The door is opened and the cleaned, dried bearings are unloaded. The machine is then ready for the next cycle.
