Loading
AHU filters are placed securely inside the rotary
basket fixture for the cleaning cycle.
De-Dusting
Compressed air removes loose dust and dry contaminants
from the filter surfaces before washing.
Detergent Wash
High-pressure detergent water spray provides thorough
cleaning while the rotary fixture ensures 360° coverage.
Rinse Wash
Fresh water rinse removes detergent residues and
remaining contaminants from the filters.
Compressed Air Blow
High-pressure compressed air removes excess water
from the filter surfaces.
Hot Air Drying
Heated air removes remaining moisture and provides
a dry finish suitable for reuse.
Unloading
Clean and completely dried filters are removed from
the rotary basket and are ready for reuse.
